Okay I have to say it...
The PDA here is intense. Everywhere I look I see lovers in a full on make out session. They don't care who's around or how far they are going (more power to them I suppose). I am just so surprised as you rarely see that in the States. At Parque de Retiro they have little plots of fenced off grass and in most every single one there was a couple sprawled out on their blanket and getting jiggy with it. I was nearly impossible to find a place to sit that didn't have an immediate view of some serious PDA. Has anyone else noticed this?
