For anyone interested in seeing what the Palau de la Musica Catalana looks like before we get there during our Barcelona visit, feel free to check out this link. The Palau hosts shows for all sorts of music now, but at the time when it was first built is was primarily traditional Catalan music and classical music from the western European tradition. This video is of Mozart's Requiem, which is particularly appropriate for the Palau as there is a bust of Mozart on the outside of the building.
